Rebellion
A new film is now being written by Mamoru Oshii, who wrote Ghost In the Shell Innocence, for director Kenta Fukasaku who directed the great Battle Royal films.
Japanese studio Toei is developing a sci-fi action project, Rebellion: The Killing Isle (working title), uniting two of Japan’s hottest film-making talents – Kenta Fukasaku and Mamoru Oshii.
Battle Royale II director Fukasaku is set to direct the $10m film from a script by Oshii – director of acclaimed anime titles Ghost In The Shell and its sequel Innocence. ...(continues)

Deathnote Dub by Viz
Well well well, it was news a while back that Viz Media LLC had gotten the rights to the brilliant series called Deathnote. Since that breaking news not much realy has happened, but when I saw they had a trailer out I just had to watch it!
My, how dare they, they've taken a brilliant anime and destroyed it with dubbing, not very good either! If you wanna watch the trailer go Here. I cant beleive they have done it, oh well..
Decent anime to hit our TV's
If you've got sky count yourself lucky, Starting 3rd June on Sunday evenings from 8pm till 10pm, the "Anime Network" will be broadcasted on Sky digital channel "Propeller TV" (SKY Channel 195. Shows include: Coyote Ragtime Show, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Guyver: The Bio-Boosted Armour and Elfen Lied.
Not all wonderful but NGE hopefuly will go down well :)

IGN Bring streamable Anime
After seeing the post over on Protaku Anime and Manga I decided to watch the free episode. Well, in my opionion I have got to say wow, what great quality you can stream now, thats quite amazing, also no stopping for it to buffer apart from at the beginning but that wasnt too long. Now the Anime itself, rather strange style to what I usualy like n' that but still its free and ligit so I aint too bothered.
The only thing that did bother me was the dubbing... Dunno if it was ment to be dubbed or not but I just do not like it, I prefer to hear a japanese voice and read the sub's. Oh well, still worth checking out:
